入會及退會須知

您入會所需費用將以一年、半年、一季、一個月或每個類似的週期性時段來計算。我們將在新一輪週期開始時自動從您註冊申請時指定的信用卡上扣除您的費用(之後如有需要，可以更改您的信用卡)，除非您在此之前申請取消入會。我們接受VISA、MasterCard、American Express和Discover Card。(注意：在您送出您的入會申請單的同時，表明您已經同意接受中文外匯網的所有入會須知。

月度會員表格：對您所指定的信用卡實行按月結帳。

季度會員表格：按季度預付款項，可用信用卡或支票支付。款到後，您才真正享有我們提供的服務。如果您享有季度會員資格，每一季度我們將在您正式入會的那一天從您的信用卡上劃走您應支付的費用，直到我們收到您申請取消資格的通知為止。

年度會員表格：按年度預付款項，可用信用卡或支票支付。款到後，您才享有我們提供的服務。如果您享有年度會員資格，我們將每年在您正式入會的那一天，從您的信用卡上劃走您應支付的費用，直到我們收到您申請取消的通知為止。

我們概不退還週期性支付的入會費用，逾期或未付款項在您第二次入會前必須全部清償。如要取消會員資格，請提前5天提出取消資格的申請，可以通過傳真或者電郵至info@chinesefn.com通知我們。為了方便驗證，請寫上您的姓名、位址、電子信箱位址、用戶名及密碼。此外，我們希望您能附上為何提出取消的原因，以便我們日後提高服務品質。同時，為了保障您的利益，我們要求必須以書面形式提出申請。在收到您的申請函後，我們將為您辦理退會手續，並通過電子郵件(如果告知我們您的信箱地址的話)給您發送確認函。申請在一個開票週期結束後開始生效。當您還是我們的會員時，我們不會因為您在某段時間內未使用我們提供的服務而退還部分款項。用戶加入會員的那一天確定了用戶的開票週期，例如，如果您在11月4日加入，那麼每月的4日便是您開票週期的第一天，緊接這一個月的3日則為這一開票週期的最後一天。

The appropriate annual, monthly, or similar periodic fee for your subscription will be billed automatically at the beginning of each renewal period, to the credit card you designated during the registration process (or subsequently changed) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal period begins. Monthly Membership: A credit card is required for all monthly accounts. If you have a monthly membership, your credit card account will not be charged after anniversary of the day you joined.

Quarterly Membership: Accounts are prepaid on quarterly basis and may be paid by credit card or check. Activation begins upon payment. If you have a quarterly membership, your credit card account will be charged each quarter on the day of the quarter you joined until you notify us of cancellation.

Annual Membership: Accounts are prepaid on an annual basis and may be paid by credit card or check. Activation begins upon payment. Your credit card account will be charged each year on the anniversary of the day you joined until you notify us of cancellation.

Cancellation Policies: Any periodic fee for your subscriptions will not be reimbursed or refunded. Any delinquent or unpaid amounts must be paid in full before you may re-subscribe. To cancel you Membership, please fax your cancellation request to us or e-mail to info@chinesefn.com five days before membership expires. Please be sure to provide your name, address, e-mail address, user name and password for authentication. In order to improve our service, we ask that your include the reason you want to cancel. For your protection, cancellations must be received in writing Cancellations are processed upon receipt of the cancellation request. Cancellations requesting a closing statement will receive confirmation via e-mail (if an e-mail address has been provided). Cancellations will be effective as of the end of the current billing cycle. We cannot prorate fore partial-month usage. Nor can we refund part of the monthly subscription fee for non-usage of the service while you are an active member. Cancellations must be received before the first day of a billing cycle in order to take effect for that billing cycle. The date a user joins fn168.com determines the user’s billing cycle. (For example, if you join on November 4, the first day of your billing cycle will be the fourth of each month, while the last day of your billing cycle will be the third of each month).
